Welcome to OneSMM. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of onesmm.com, including our website, dashboard, services, tools, support channels, payment system and any related features we provide.

By creating an account, adding funds, placing an order or using OneSMM in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

1. About OneSMM

OneSMM is a self-service social media marketing platform that allows users to purchase digital marketing and social media growth services, including services for platforms such as Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook and other supported platforms.

OneSMM is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, X, Google or any other third-party social media platform.

Our services are designed to support marketing activity. They do not guarantee fame, sales, revenue, monetisation approval, account verification, platform ranking, virality or long-term account growth.

2. Eligibility

To use OneSMM, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
  • have the authority to enter into these Terms;
  • provide accurate account and payment information;
  • use the services only for lawful purposes; and
  • comply with all applicable laws, platform rules and third-party terms.

If you use OneSMM on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including orders placed, funds added, API usage and support requests.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or restrict your account if we suspect unauthorised access, abuse, fraud, payment risk, breach of these Terms or activity that may harm OneSMM, our suppliers, our users or third-party platforms.

4. Service Descriptions

Each service may include details such as estimated start time, estimated speed, minimum and maximum quantity, refill availability, drop rate, service quality, country targeting, restrictions and other important notes.

You must read the service description carefully before placing an order.

Service descriptions are based on available information and past performance. Start times, delivery speeds, completion times, drop rates and final results are estimates only. They may change due to demand, technical issues, supplier availability, social media platform updates, account restrictions, public/private status, username changes, content type or other factors outside our control.

If a service description conflicts with a specific notice shown in your dashboard, order page or support announcement, the more specific and recent notice will apply.

5. Placing Orders

Before placing an order, you must ensure that:

  • the link, username, channel, post, video, profile or page is correct;
  • the target is public and accessible where required;
  • the order quantity is within the allowed range;
  • you have selected the correct service;
  • you understand the service description;
  • you do not already have an active order for the same link and same service type; and
  • you are not running competing orders for the same link through another provider at the same time.

Once an order has started processing, it may not be possible to cancel, change, redirect or refund it unless the service specifically allows this or unless required by law.

6. Wrong Links, Changed Links and Private Accounts

You are responsible for submitting the correct link or username.

If you submit the wrong link, use the wrong format, change the username, delete the content, make the account private, restrict access, block delivery, change the target after ordering or otherwise prevent completion, the order may fail, be marked completed, be partially delivered or become untrackable.

In these cases, we may not be able to cancel, refill, recover or refund the order, except where required by law.

7. Duplicate and Interfering Orders

You must not place more than one active order of the same or similar service for the same link at the same time.

You must also avoid ordering the same type of service for the same link from another website or provider while your OneSMM order is active.

Duplicate or interfering orders can make tracking, delivery, refill and support impossible. If this happens, the order may be cancelled, partially completed, completed incorrectly or become ineligible for refill or support.

OneSMM is not responsible for issues caused by duplicate orders, external orders or customer-side interference.

8. Order Statuses

Your order may show statuses such as:

  • Pending — the order has been submitted but has not started.
  • Processing — the order is being prepared or delivered.
  • In progress — delivery has started.
  • Partial — only part of the order could be delivered.
  • Completed — the order has been marked as completed by the system or supplier.
  • Cancelled — the order has been cancelled where cancellation is available.
  • Failed — the order could not be processed.

A “Completed” status does not always mean that every unit remains permanently on the target account, page, post or channel. Social media platforms may remove followers, members, likes, views, comments or other engagement at any time.

9. Cancellations

Cancellation is only available where:

  • the service has a cancel button;
  • the service description says cancellation is available;
  • the order has not yet started and cancellation is technically possible;
  • we confirm that the order can be cancelled; or
  • cancellation is required by applicable law.

Slow delivery, delayed start time, normal drop rate or a change of mind does not automatically make an order eligible for cancellation.

If an order is already processing, completed or partially delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

Where a cancellation is approved, any undelivered amount may be credited back to your OneSMM balance or refunded using another method we choose, unless applicable law requires a different remedy.

10. Refunds and Account Balance

Funds added to your OneSMM account are generally used as prepaid credit for digital services.

Refunds may be provided where:

  • an order cannot be delivered;
  • a service is materially different from its description;
  • we approve a cancellation;
  • a technical error caused incorrect charging;
  • required by applicable consumer law; or
  • we decide, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate.

Refunds are generally issued to your OneSMM balance unless we are required by law to refund to the original payment method or we choose to do so.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • wrong links submitted by the customer;
  • wrong service selection;
  • private or restricted accounts;
  • deleted posts, changed usernames or inaccessible links;
  • duplicate or interfering orders;
  • drops that fall within the described service risk;
  • services that were delivered as described;
  • customer change of mind after the order has started;
  • breach of these Terms; or
  • prohibited content or unlawful use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Refills and Drop Guarantees

Some services include a refill or drop guarantee. A refill is only available if the service description specifically says it is included.

Refill terms vary by service. A service may have:

  • no refill;
  • a limited-time refill;
  • a limited-quantity refill;
  • automatic refill;
  • manual refill; or
  • refill only under specific conditions.

You are not eligible for a refill if:

  • the refill period has expired;
  • the current count is lower than the original start count;
  • you placed duplicate or external orders;
  • the target link was changed, deleted, restricted or made private;
  • the account, channel, post or page is no longer accessible;
  • the drop was caused by the platform, account owner or customer activity;
  • you selected a no-refill service; or
  • the service description excludes refill for that situation.

For services with refill periods, the refill period usually starts from the order start date unless the service description says otherwise.

Refills are not a guarantee of permanent retention. Social platforms can remove engagement at any time.

12. Drops, Retention and Platform Risk

Social media platforms regularly remove, filter, restrict or adjust followers, members, subscribers, likes, views, comments and other engagement.

Drop rates are estimates only. A low, medium or high drop estimate is not a promise that the order will stay within that range.

OneSMM is not responsible for drops, removals, account restrictions, shadowbans, suspensions, reduced reach, algorithm changes or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.

You use OneSMM at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring your marketing activity complies with the rules of the relevant platform.

13. Prohibited Use

You must not use OneSMM for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive or high-risk purpose.

You must not order services for content, accounts, pages, channels or campaigns involving:

  • illegal goods or services;
  • scams, fraud, phishing or impersonation;
  • malware, hacking or cyber abuse;
  • child exploitation or sexual content involving minors;
  • non-consensual sexual content;
  • human trafficking or exploitation;
  • weapons, explosives or regulated dangerous goods;
  • hate speech, extremist content or incitement to violence;
  • harassment, threats or targeted abuse;
  • doxxing or privacy violations;
  • misleading political manipulation;
  • fake reviews or deceptive commercial practices;
  • spam or platform abuse;
  • stolen accounts or unauthorised access;
  • content that violates the rules of the relevant platform; or
  • any content or activity we consider unsafe, unlawful or harmful.

We may reject, cancel, suspend or delete any order that breaches this section. We may also suspend your account and withhold support where your use creates legal, reputational, technical or platform risk.

14. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • choosing the correct service;
  • reading the service description;
  • submitting the correct link;
  • keeping the target public and accessible;
  • monitoring your order;
  • not placing duplicate or interfering orders;
  • complying with social media platform rules;
  • complying with advertising, consumer, privacy and marketing laws;
  • ensuring you have permission to promote the target account, page, channel, post or content; and
  • keeping records of your own campaigns and results.

OneSMM is not responsible for your marketing strategy, content, claims, customer communications, legal compliance or business results.

15. Payments

You must use a valid payment method and provide accurate billing information.

Payment methods, fees, processing times, minimum deposits and maximum deposits may vary.

If a payment is reversed, charged back, disputed, reported as fraudulent or otherwise invalid, we may suspend your account, deduct the amount from your balance, cancel active orders, recover costs and restrict future access.

You are responsible for any fees, exchange rates, network fees, bank charges, gateway fees, taxes or payment processing charges that apply to your payment.

16. Crypto Payments

If OneSMM accepts cryptocurrency payments, you are responsible for sending the correct amount, to the correct wallet address, using the correct network.

Crypto transactions are generally irreversible. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address, wrong network, expired address, underpayment, overpayment, delayed network confirmation or third-party wallet/gateway issues.

Manual crypto payments may require proof of payment before your balance is credited.

17. Prices and Service Availability

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Services may be added, removed, paused, renamed, replaced, limited or modified at any time.

We may refuse or limit any order at our discretion, including due to supplier availability, platform changes, high risk, technical issues, suspected abuse or breach of these Terms.

18. API Usage

If OneSMM provides API access, you must use it responsibly and in accordance with our documentation.

You must not:

  • overload the API;
  • scrape, reverse engineer or abuse the platform;
  • bypass rate limits;
  • share API keys publicly;
  • use the API for unlawful or prohibited content;
  • resell access in a way that creates risk for OneSMM; or
  • interfere with the security or stability of the service.

We may rotate, suspend or revoke API access at any time if we believe it is being misused.

19. Support

Support is provided through the channels made available on OneSMM.

When requesting support, you must provide complete and accurate information, including order ID, target link, screenshots where relevant and a clear description of the issue.

We may be unable to assist if:

  • the order is too old;
  • the link has changed;
  • the content was deleted;
  • the account is private or restricted;
  • you placed duplicate or external orders;
  • you cannot provide evidence;
  • the service description excludes support for that issue; or
  • the issue is caused by a third-party platform.

20. Privacy

Your use of OneSMM is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You agree that we may collect and use information necessary to provide the service, process payments, prevent fraud, secure accounts, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform.

You must not submit personal information about another person unless you have the right to do so.

21. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, software, systems, text, graphics, logos, icons, code and platform materials on OneSMM are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, exploit, modify, reverse engineer or distribute any part of OneSMM without our written permission.

22. Third-Party Platforms

A third-party platform may remove engagement, restrict content, suspend accounts, change counts, delay updates or take other actions at any time.

We are not liable for third-party platform decisions or outcomes.

23. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneSMM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • services will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • every order will start or complete within the estimated time;
  • engagement will remain permanently;
  • results will improve your reach, revenue, reputation or ranking;
  • social platforms will not remove delivered engagement;
  • your account will not be restricted, flagged or suspended;
  • service descriptions will always be perfectly accurate; or
  • the website will be free from bugs, outages or technical issues.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneSMM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or economic loss, including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of business opportunity, account suspension, reduced reach, platform penalties or reputational damage.

Where we are legally allowed to limit our liability, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Where consumer guarantees or other mandatory laws apply, our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by those laws.

25. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify OneSMM, its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers and partners against claims, losses, costs, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your misuse of the services;
  • your content or marketing activity;
  • your violation of any law;
  • your violation of third-party platform rules;
  • your infringement of another person’s rights;
  • your payment dispute, fraud or chargeback; or
  • any order placed through your account.

26. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if:

  • you breach these Terms;
  • you use OneSMM for prohibited content;
  • you submit fraudulent or misleading information;
  • you abuse support, refunds, refills or chargebacks;
  • your activity creates risk for OneSMM or others;
  • required by law or payment providers;
  • requested by a third-party platform, authority or provider; or
  • we reasonably believe your account is unsafe or harmful.

Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to active orders, API keys, support and account features.

Where permitted by law, balances associated with fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity may be withheld or used to cover losses, fees or chargeback costs.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of OneSMM after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using OneSMM.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.

You agree that disputes will be handled by the courts or tribunals with jurisdiction in New South Wales, Australia, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

29. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
